The reserved block of rooms at the Hilton Des Moines Downtown hotel is now full. If you wish to reserve a room at a nearby hotel, please see the map above. If you have already reserved a room in The FAMiLY Leader block, relevant information follows:

Venue Parking
There is a large lot on North side, which charges $10 for the day, cash or credit. There is also parking along the streets of Downtown Des Moines.

Restrooms
Restrooms are located on the north side of the building at the back of the ballroom.

Photography
Photography is allowed in the auditorium as long as it is not a distraction.

Mobile Phones
Please silence your cell phones at all times while in the main auditorium, but please feel free to Tweet and Facebook about the Summit using #FLS21 . Please step out of the main ballroom to take calls.

Exhibitors
There will be many wonderful exhibitors and booths at the Summit located outside of the ballroom. Please take time to visit our exhibitors throughout the day.

Food
Boxed lunches will be provided for those not participating in one of the private luncheons. No outside food is allowed. The event center’s “Daily Grind” coffee shop, however, will be open from 8 a.m. – 2 p.m., with snacks and refreshments available for purchase.

ADA Accessible Instructions
Community Choice Credit Union Convention Center is an ADA accessible building. There is an elevator to take guests up to the ballroom level from the ground floor. Wheelchairs are also available upon request.

First Aid
There will be a first aid rep on site. Please find a staff member if you need assistance. Call 911 in an emergency.

Lanyards
Wristbands and lanyards will be required each time you enter the Community Choice Credit Union Convention Center.

Children
The Summit is an all-day event, most of which is seated. We’d be happy to accommodate children, provided they can peacefully sit for a full-day event. If you decide to bring children, we will provide a discount code to allow them to attend free with a paying adult.

What time does the Summit start?

Doors open to the public at 8 a.m. The Summit program starts at 9 a.m.

Is there adequate parking?

Yes, there is parking at the center for $10 cash or credit. There is also parking along the streets of Downtown Des Moines.

Will there be any opportunity to interact with the featured speakers?

Some speakers will be available after they speak.

Will there be snacks and drinks available throughout the conference?

What happens if I can only attend part of the all-day conference?

You will still need to register for your ticket, but you may come and go during the day as you need.

Are cameras allowed and can I take pictures?

Yes, still cameras are allowed and you may take photos with your smartphone, but no video cameras will be allowed except as authorized by The FAMiLY LEADER.

How do I buy tickets to the Summit?

Can I buy a ticket the day of the event?

Yes, if the event has not sold out.
